We got a tip from one of our readers about a secret item at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, and we had to share! The Nachos Rio Grande isn't on any menu at Pecos Bill's, but comes with a *HUGE* helping of nachos that feeds 6-8, a special VIP experience at Pecos Bill's, and a whopping $90 price tag. We had some, and found it to be a really fun and unique experience!
