Ready to experience a Na’vi rite of passage? ~Hop~ along as we visit Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and ride on the back of a banshee!

Avatar Flight of Passage is truly a one-of-a-kind ride you have to see to believe. I mean, who would have thought we'd be able to ride a banshee?! As part of your visit to Pandora, and ACE research lab, visitors can become linked to Avatars in order to participate in a Na’vi rite of passage — flying on a banshee. The queue for Avatar Flight of Passage is an attraction unto itself. You'll wind your way into an active ACE research lab, complete with working experiments and a life-size Avatar inside a tank. After wandering through the base, you'll find your way to the linking chamber. In this room, you'll be linked to your Avatar. The next room features a video on loading instructions, and you'll receive your 3D glasses to finish preparing for your flight. An ACE team member will apply restraints, one to your back, and one on each leg. Then, you’ll fly through thrilling passages, soar through ancient stone arches and dive under floating mountains and over rushing rivers like nothing found on earth. Avatar Flight of Passage lives up to the hype, and yes, you must experience it on your trip!
