The WORLD-FAMOUSE Jungle Cruise is a Disney classic. This Adventureland ride was not only an opening day attraction at Magic Kingdom, but also at Disneyland. Your adventure into the wild takes you through an impossible journey from the Amazon, the Nile River and a hidden temple in Asia. Each boat has a fun different name and was inspired by the 1951 film, The African Queen, starring Humphrey Bogart and Katharine Hepburn. But the most recognizable aspect of The Jungle Cruise is the collection of fun-loving audio-animatronics, designed by legendary Imagineer Marc Davis. But of course no two adventures on this ride are the same thanks to a bunch of wacky Jungle Skippers!
