Be Our Guest restaurant at the Magic Kingdom recently started offering breakfast as a limited time test. The breakfast is a prix fixe menu with delectable options like Eggs Florentine served in a puff pastry shell with country ham and roasted plum tomatoes and open-face bacon-and-poached-egg sandwich with Brie.
