Happy New Year to everyone!! Come hang out with us while we celebrate NYE at home. We do all of our yearly traditions, make the lemon pig, eat the jalapeño poppers of prosperity, eat the 12 grapes and make long life noodles for dinner! garlic noodle recipe!-
garlic noodle recipe-
RECIPE (2 servings each 620cal/30P/85C/15F):
-200g tofu/protein
-1 Tbsp soy sauce
FRY in oil/ADD soy sauce/REMOVE from pan
-mushrooms
-2 scallions
-1 to 2 bell peppers
FRY until softened
Sauce:
-2 Tbsp soy sauce
-2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
-1 Tbsp each, vinegar, optionally mirin
-2 cloves garlic (or more) (I used 6)
MIX:
-160g noodles
COOK/ADD everything to a pan/HEAT UP 2-3mins
