Originally planned for EPCOT, The Great Movie Ride ended up becoming the inspiration for MGM Studios, and Walt Disney World's 3rd theme park. Taking guests into the movies, the ride operated for over 2 decades before being replaced with Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway.
