Celebrating Disney Legend Richard Sherman’s birthday (the celebrated songwriter was born June 12, 1928) Disney Vacation Club proudly presents highlights from “Celebrate Sherman,” a Sherman brothers tribute show filmed aboard the October 2019 Disney Vacation Club Member Cruise.

Hosted by Disney Files Magazine Editor Ryan March and co-hosted by Disney Legend Karen Dotrice (Jane Banks in “Mary Poppins”), the show included a standout appearance by Ashley Brown, Broadway’s original Mary Poppins. In these highlights from the show, Ashley reflects on her work with Richard, shares one of the most memorable moments she ever experienced onstage – and backstage – of a “Mary Poppins” performance, and performs for the first time on stage a Richard Sherman song she recorded for Disneyland Park.
