10 Things Everyone Should Know About Test Track at Epcot

Do you have a need for speed? Then start your engine and put the pedal to the metal as we look at 10 ~frogtastic~ facts and tips that everyone should know about Test Track at Epcot!

Test Track Presented by Chevrolet is the fastest attraction in all of Walt Disney World Resort, reaching top speeds of 65 mph (0:28). Younger tadpoles may not be able to ride, as this attraction has a height requirement of 40 inches. While in the queue, customize your own vehicle to track the design performance, power, responsiveness, efficiency and capability (0:52). Each car seats six guests, with three in the front row and three in the back row (0:57). Imagineers designed each ride vehicle to last 1 million miles, which is a good news, because each car will travel around 50,000 miles per year (1:03). Each car has 22 wheels that move the ride vehicle on the track, but only four are visible. Test Track also holds the Disney World record for being the longest ride, with a track length of 5,246 feet (1:13)!

Leap’s ~Hopful~ Tips:
~ Visit first thing in the morning or use FastPass+
~ Use the Single Rider line if you don’t mind having your group split up or not being able to design your car
~ The ride will shut down if there’s lightning or rain, so be sure to check the weather prior to hopping in line
